At this moment we focus on oversea market, more than 95% our molds are shipped to US and Europe. We build the mold based on DME and HASCO standard. We have advanced mold making equipments such high speed CNC, Mirror finish EDM, Low speed Wire cutting machines, and so on. With our experienced Engineering and skillful workers, we can guarantee your expected quality requirement in time.

Many kinds of world-wide applied mould steels are used in our production, generally we choose the imported steel from Germany, such as 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2738, 1.2083, 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2767 etc. and also 718H, S136 from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and HHP20, H13, 420SS from USA. Most mould bases and standard components come from LKM.

In the past, we have achieved various excellent projects such as complicate cam mold, high cavitations mold, high precision mold, collapsible core mold, very big size mold, and high complexity mold.

We have completed many projects from different production line such as automotive components, household appliance, electronic products, industrial application, pharmacy and medical equipments, 2K (2 color), Bi-injection, Over molding and so on.
